Delivery Timelines
The delivery timelines for your product would depend on two key parameters – a) the nature of product you’ve ordered and b) your shipping address.
The delivery timelines with respect to the products are clearly mentioned on the product page so that you are aware about the timelines before you purchase them. In general our products are shipped within the broad range of 1 to 14 working days.

Shipping Charges
- The shipping charges for your product would depend on 3 key parameters – a) the value of your order b) the nature of product you’ve ordered and b) your shipping address.
- The nature and amount of shipping charges will be mentioned clearly at the time of placing order by customer.
- In case the shipping charge is not reflected at the time of order payment, our team may request for paying the shipping cost (as applicable) separately in case there are state specific charges like Octroi etc, the charges would be on actual and this needs to be paid to the shipping company on production of the bills at the time of delivery.

Cash On Delivery
Any specific charges around Cash On Delivery will be mentioned clearly at the time of placing order by customer.
Return Policy
I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?
Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 30 days apart. You will receive a credit note for the same amount from AMOS in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. You can use this credit note to purchase any product on www.amos.football.
Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. I want to return the product
We’re sorry it took so long for your order to reach you. If you still wish to return your purchase, please do not open the seal. We will take it back.
But I opened the seal. Will you take it back?
We will take back a purchase as long as it is not used.
What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.
We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to contact@amos.football with a picture of the broken/damaged product.
Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage, AMOS will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes – e.g. if you ordered a yellow shuttle, but you now want a blue one and wish to exchange it – AMOS would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.
